At Cakee.in, we take great pride in delivering fresh, high-quality cakes and ensuring your celebrations go perfectly. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and replacements are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
  • For same-day, midnight, or express deliveries, cancellations are not allowed once the order is confirmed.
  • To cancel an order, please email us atsupport@cakee.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

  • Full Refunds will be issued if:
    • The order is cancelled more than 24 hours before delivery.
    • The product cannot be delivered due to reasons attributable to Cakee.in (such as unavailability of product or delivery area).
  • Partial Refunds may be issued if:
    • There are minor quality issues that do not affect the overall usability of the product.
    • The product is slightly different from the image due to handmade variations.
  • No Refunds will be issued if:
    • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details are provided by the customer.
    • The recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.
    • The order includes customized cakes (photo, fondant, or message cakes) where production has already begun.
    • Delays are caused by weather, traffic, or unavoidable courier delays.

3. Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
    • Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery at Mob no. +91 8075353860, with a clear photo of the product and order details on WhatsApp.
    • After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, as appropriate.
    • Complaints received after 1 hour of delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, as cakes are perishable items.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Net Banking).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Changes to Orders

  • Changes to delivery address, message, or delivery time can be made only if requested 24 hours before the delivery time.
  • No changes can be made after the order has been dispatched or is in preparation.
