All cakes and bakery items are handmade, and slight variations in design, colour, and decoration
may occur.
Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. The final product may
differ slightly depending on availability and customization.
Freshness and quality are guaranteed as per our baking standards.
3. Orders & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website or authorized partners only.
Once an order is confirmed, no changes or cancellations can be made less than 24 hours before
delivery.
Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. We accept secure online payments via
credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, and net banking.
Cakee.in uses trusted payment gateways and does not store any payment card information.
4. Delivery Policy
We offer same-day, midnight, and express delivery services in select cities across our selected
locations.
Delivery time slots are approximate and may vary due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen
circumstances.
If the recipient is unavailable at the given address, we may deliver the order to a neighbour,
security guard, or leave it at the reception, as deemed appropriate.
Orders once dispatched cannot be redirected or refunded.
5. Cancellation & Refund
Policy
Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the delivery time.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No refunds will be made for:
Incorrect delivery address or recipient details provided by the customer.
Unsuccessful deliveries due to recipient unavailability.
Customized cakes once production has started.
6. Custom & Personalized
Orders
For photo cakes or message cakes, the user must upload clear, appropriate images or text.
Cakee.in reserves the right to reject or modify any message or image that is offensive,
copyrighted, or inappropriate.
7. Pricing & Offers
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated
otherwise.
Cakee.in reserves the right to change prices, offers, or discounts at any time without prior
notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Cakee.in, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of
Cakee.in and protected by copyright laws.
Reproduction or redistribution of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of
Liability
Cakee.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
use of the website or delay/non-delivery of products.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that
specific order.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be
subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kozhikode, Kerala .
